Waimea Pinot Gris 2018

Tasting notes - This 2018 Pinot Gris is made from grapes grown in five complementary vineyards. It was partially fermented in French oak with remaining components matured on light yeast lees for five months. With notes of lemon curd, pear drops, lavender, white peach and exotic spices, it has a creamy silky texture with an elegant fresh finish.

Food Match - pan fried Anatoki freshwater salmon with a spicy nam phrik num dressing, topped with fresh coriander leaves.
