Our Waimea Estates purchase is covered by our '100% satisfaction' guarantee. If you are not 100% Satisfied with any of our wine you can return it for a replacement, exchange it for another product, or get a full refund within 30 days of taking delivery of your wine.Guaranteed Delivery: If your order is lost or damaged in transit we will replace or refund your order.

How to return:

Please contact as soon as possible to notify us of the problem either by phone or email. Once we have confirmed your details and the nature of return, please return the wine by courier to:

Please enclose your original purchase receipt. If you do not have your purchase receipt, please include a note stating your name, address, e-mail address and order number if known. Please allow normal delivery times for our reply. Once we receive the goods back we will notify you of expected date/time for replacement or refund.
